Conducted a survey asking simple 3 questions to the audience:
1) What interests your?
2) How a Coach can support you?
3) Will you take a step having a Coach?

The answers were very inspiring:
1) Main interests:
  • Career Advancement
  • Establishing Small Business
  • Work-Life Balance.
2) Coach can support you with:
  • Inspiring
  • Challenging
  • Guiding.
3) Majority find it essential to have a Coach to support them with the next step.

Some perspectives that can mean a difference between succeeding and failing.  

Success is not a straight line, you will be faced with challenges and obstacles that may encourage your to drop your dream.. What to do then?

Always remember your dream and stick to it, obstacles are just an awakening ring to change your way and not your dream.

Always keep your dream in-front of you, talk to it and visualize it till you live it.  One day, you will catch it.

Many of us are asking this question: Why I am here and what is the role set for me in this life.  The answer to that question is hidden in you, no one else can answer this question.  It is maybe hidden under the dust of the tradition or society pressure.  Looking back to the things used to excite you when you were a kid, identifying the activities that you forget the time when you are doing them, talking to a trusted Coach who can help you discover your hidden talents, are all ways to get you closer to achieve what is supposed to be achieved and to play the role that you are meant to play.

Wake up and stand up, the best is yet to come.

If you want to motivate your staff, then the answer is : Be a Coach.

​Here are 3 ways to get your coach on when managing others:
  1. Invite your employees to contribute to the organization’s vision, mission and strategy as well as articulate their key role in the success of the department. This ensures each employee is in alignment with the overall strategy and can work as a team and help each other out.
  2. Empower your employees by delegate challenging and meaningful work. People want to succeed and they want to continue learning and growing, so provide them with opportunities.
  3. Partner with each employee to create their own personal development plan. Acknowledge their resourcefulness, skills and sense of competence and accomplishment.
Motivating employees involves a coach approach – to work together as a team to learn, grow, and try challenging new assignments! Not only is this less stressful and more effective than ‘trying to motivate others’ it can be incredibly fulfilling.
