Where are you a year from now? What is your vision? What is yet to be achieved? 
It is a great step to take when you stop, look at the journey of your life, assess the status , reflect on what took place and recharge your energy to take the lead of your life to where you deserve to be.

There are steps that can support you at this stage such as:
  1. Visualize your life and draw a picture of what you want to achieve
  2. Identify what and who will support you to get there
  3. Specify the challenges your may face and "What if Scenarios" to consider
  4. Insure the readiness of all what you need
  5. Put the options your have to be ready to face any emergencies
  6. Neglect all the negative voices coming internally or externally
  7. Action Action Action
  8. Ceebrate any small initiatives

Many of us are asking this question: Why I am here and what is the role set for me in this life.  The answer to that question is hidden in you, no one else can answer this question.  It is maybe hidden under the dust of the tradition or society pressure.  Looking back to the things used to excite you when you were a kid, identifying the activities that you forget the time when you are doing them, talking to a trusted Coach who can help you discover your hidden talents, are all ways to get you closer to achieve what is supposed to be achieved and to play the role that you are meant to play.

​Here are 3 ways to get your coach on when managing others:
  1. Invite your employees to contribute to the organization’s vision, mission and strategy as well as articulate their key role in the success of the department. This ensures each employee is in alignment with the overall strategy and can work as a team and help each other out.
  2. Empower your employees by delegate challenging and meaningful work. People want to succeed and they want to continue learning and growing, so provide them with opportunities.
  3. Partner with each employee to create their own personal development plan. Acknowledge their resourcefulness, skills and sense of competence and accomplishment.
Motivating employees involves a coach approach – to work together as a team to learn, grow, and try challenging new assignments! Not only is this less stressful and more effective than ‘trying to motivate others’ it can be incredibly fulfilling.
